Dr. Chris Miller

Dr. Christopher Miller combines advanced clinical training with a calm, reassuring approach to care.

A University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine graduate, Dr. Miller is dedicated to delivering dentistry that is both high-quality and human-centered. His philosophy is simple: patients deserve clear communication, comfortable visits, and a dentist who genuinely cares about their well-being.

With special interests in restorative dentistry, same-day solutions, and implant-supported care, Dr. Miller offers modern treatment options tailored to each patient’s needs. He is committed to creating an experience where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their choices.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with his family and staying involved in the Rochester community.

With over 9 years of experience in dentistry, she has an impressive depth of knowledge when it comes to helping patients understand and maximize their insurance benefits — making sure you get the most out of every visit. Lexanne is the kind of person who genuinely loves what she does, and her passion for her team and patients shines through every interaction. Outside of the office she’s a busy and devoted mom to a 6 year old son and 1 year old daughter, with her lovable dog Otis rounding out the crew. And her fun fact? She’s still holding onto 2 baby teeth — which honestly makes her the most relatable person in a dental office we’ve ever heard of. Sunday mornings you’ll find her at the Rochester Public Market with an iced chai latte in hand — living her best life!

Andrea

If you’ve ever called Empower Dental and hung up the phone smiling, there’s a good chance you were talking to Andrea. With 31 years in the dental field and a personality that fills every room she walks into, Andrea is the heartbeat of this office. She genuinely loves connecting with patients, and her favorite part of the job is helping people achieve the smile they’ve always dreamed of — and trust us, she will talk you through every exciting step of the journey! Outside of the office, Andrea is a proud grandma who lives for time with her grandkids, tending to her garden, and experimenting in the kitchen. You’ll often find her watching cooking shows for inspiration, sipping something cherry flavored, or tracking down her favorite Matcha Berry shake from Refresh. After 31 years, her passion for this work hasn’t dimmed one bit — and her patients absolutely love her for it.

Lori

Lori is a true cornerstone of Empower Dental — she has been dedicated to this office for over 36 years, serving alongside three different dentists and building relationships with patients that span decades. Her favorite part of coming to work each day is seeing familiar faces in the chair and being part of a team that genuinely cares about one another. Lori is passionate about patient education, helping everyone understand how to keep their teeth healthy for a lifetime — and the results speak for themselves. Outside of the office, she’s a devoted wife and mom of three who loves cooking, gardening, reading with her book club, and staying active. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows this practice inside and out, that’s Lori — and her patients wouldn’t have it any other way.

Patti

With over 40 years in dentistry and more than 20 of them at Empower Dental, Patti is a living legend — and her patients will be the first to tell you so. She has dedicated her career to making a real difference, one appointment at a time, and her commitment to science-based patient education means you’ll always leave her chair knowing exactly how to take care of your smile. Patti has an incredible gift for connecting with people, whether she’s brightening a patient’s day or lifting up a teammate. Young at heart and always on the go, she loves skiing, reading, exercising, and traveling across the USA to visit her 5 grown children scattered from California to Connecticut. At home she treasures time with her husband, their dog Cooper, and the grandkids — who she’ll tell you are the absolute best part of life. After a long day you might find her with a glass of wine, an Abbotts custard, and an episode of Survivor. After four decades, Patti’s passion for this work is as strong as ever — and Empower Dental is incredibly lucky to have her.

Lexi

Lexi has been part of the Empower Dental family since 2014, and her passion for patient care is evident the moment you sit in her chair. She has a gift for putting nervous patients at ease and turning what might feel like a stressful appointment into a genuinely positive experience. Her favorite part of the day? Sending patients home with cleaner, healthier smiles and a little extra confidence. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Lexi soaking up time with the people she loves most — and of course, her 8 lb. Yorkie, Moose, who pretty much runs the show at home. A beach lover at heart, she’s always dreaming of her next coastal getaway.

Persi

Persi is one of those people who brings her whole heart to everything she does — and her patients feel it the moment they meet her. With 9 years in dentistry and 3 years at Empower Dental, she has built her approach around one powerful belief: that education is everything. As she likes to say, “If you don’t know, how do you know what to change?” Persi is deeply committed to empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to truly transform their oral health — and watching that growth happen is what drives her every day. Bilingual in Spanish, she connects with a wide range of patients in a meaningful way. Outside of the office, Persi is a devoted wife to Julio and proud mom of two who channels her passion into mission work, aiding the homeless with both spiritual and practical support. She loves staying active, traveling to California and Puerto Rico, dark chocolate, dinner boat cruises, and unwinding with some Christian Reggaeton music or an episode of Blue Bloods. Simply put — Persi is all in, all the time.

With 21 years of experience in dentistry, Jenny brings a level of skill and warmth to Empower Dental that patients notice right away. In her five years with the team, she has become known for her commitment to making sure every patient leaves not just with a beautiful smile, but with the confidence that they were truly cared for. Jenny takes pride in creating a comforting, reassuring experience from start to finish — and with two decades of expertise behind her, you’re in exceptionally good hands. Outside of the office, she’s a dedicated mom of three who somehow also finds time to plan amazing parties, unwind with country music, and dive into a good true crime documentary. Equal parts professional and fun, Jenny is exactly the kind of person you want in your corner.

Elena

Elena may be one of the newer faces at Empower Dental, but in her 2½ years she has already made a lasting impression on patients and teammates alike. Sweet, genuine, and always ready with a warm welcome, Elena’s favorite part of the job is seeing patients walk out happier than when they came in — and that says everything about who she is. Outside of the office, Elena is anything but ordinary. She’s the kind of person who spends her free time snorkeling with sharks, sipping martinis, and discovering amazing local gems like her favorite restaurant, Bitter Honey. Adventurous, fun, and full of heart — Elena is a wonderful part of the Empower Dental family.

Karla

Karla is the kind of person who lights up a room — and the dental chair is no exception! In her five years at Empower Dental, she has found her true passion in helping transform patients’ smiles and watching their confidence soar after every procedure. Surgery days are her favorite, and her energy and enthusiasm make even the most daunting appointments feel manageable. Away from the office, Karla is a true adventurer who has traveled to 11 countries and counting — and as a bilingual Spanish speaker, she connects with patients in more ways than one. When she’s not jet-setting to her favorite beaches or the Dominican Republic, you might catch her snacking on chocolate covered gummies and (allegedly) sounding just like Mariah Carey. Yes, really.

Paige

Paige may be newer to the Empower Dental family, but in nearly 2 years she has already become an integral part of the team. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, her favorite part of every day is making sure patients feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they walk through the door. She has a natural talent for building real connections with the people she meets, and it shows in every interaction. Outside of the office, Paige is a proud dog mom of two and a devoted auntie to her 2 nephews — who she’ll tell you are absolutely her whole world. When she’s not soaking up the Florida sun on her favorite vacation or dreaming of her next trip south, you might just find her hand-crafting leather wallets — yes, she makes them herself, and yes, that’s incredibly cool.
